- **Connection**: Represents the relationship between WorkOS and any group of end users authenticating via an identity provider (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra).
- **Monthly Active User (MAU)**: A user who performs any action (sign up, sign in, or profile update) within a calendar month.
- **Staging environments**: Free for testing. Only production environments are billed.
