WorkOS 2025: A Year in Review

Building in Public, at Scale

This year, we took our commitment to the developer community to new heights. Across 63 events, we welcomed over 7,000 attendees at WorkOS events and connected with hundreds of thousands more at sponsored events where we brought our message to developers building the next generation of enterprise software.

Some highlights from our event calendar:

• Enterprise Ready Conference: Our flagship conference brought together industry leaders and practitioners to discuss what it really takes to sell to enterprises
• MCP Nights (x2): We hosted two packed evenings exploring the Model Context Protocol and its implications for AI-powered applications
• AWS re:Invent: We connected with thousands of builders at one of the industry's biggest gatherings
• And dozens more meetups, workshops, events, and community gatherings across the year

We also planted our flag in San Francisco. We opened our office on Market Street, establishing a home base in the heart of the city. And if you walked through SF in 2025, you definitely saw us somewhere. From over 750 flyers posted across the city to billboards and bus stops, we certainly made our mark.

Product: Shipping What Matters

Our mission is to make enterprise features accessible to every developer. This year, we delivered on that promise with 78 new features across our platform.

The results speak for themselves: product adoption grew 80%, and we saw a 3.5x increase in the number of organizations signing in through WorkOS. Developers are building with WorkOS, and enterprises are trusting those applications with their most critical workloads.

Content: Teaching the Enterprise Playbook

We believe that great documentation and educational content are as important as great APIs. In 2025, we published:

• 377 blog posts covering everything from technical deep-dives to go-to-market strategy
• 53 comprehensive guides to help developers implement enterprise features with confidence

Whether you're adding SSO for the first time or architecting a multi-tenant application, we've been there to help you navigate the complexity.

Team: Growing Our Foundation

Behind every feature, event, and piece of content is our team. This year, we nearly doubled the size of WorkOS, bringing on exceptional talent across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations.

We're building a company that can support the next generation of B2B software, and that requires world-class people who care deeply about developers and enterprise customers alike.

Looking Ahead to 2026

2025 showed us that developers want to build enterprise software without the enterprise complexity. They want authentication that just works, directory sync that's painless, and audit logs that don't require a PhD to implement.
