99.99% availability for SSO, Directory Sync, and Audit Logs
We are now providing 99.99% availability for all customers using SSO, Directory Sync, and Audit Logs. For enterprise customers in particular, they will benefit from the contractually guaranteed uptime as specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
To contextualize, “four nines” of uptime translates to 52 minutes and 34 seconds of annual downtime—a 10x improvement compared to "three nines," which equals 8 hours and 45 minutes of yearly downtime. Notably, Slack, Azure (for Active Directory), and Vercel are examples of SaaS platforms that also provide a 99.99% uptime commitment as part of their SLA.
SSO, Directory Sync, and Audit Logs are mission-critical features our customers offer in their applications. Designing a platform with the highest reliability, scalability, and performance standards will always remain our top priority.
