Auto-mapped Directory Sync Custom Attributes

We have enhanced Directory Sync custom attributes to automatically populate common fields across different providers. You can opt-in to attributes you want to receive in the WorkOS dashboard. Once enabled, you will start to receive these common attributes without any additional configuration from your customers.

This redesign reduces admin onboarding friction and improves data quality, as WorkOS parses and picks the best source data across all directory providers. Check out the Directory Sync User Attributes documentation for more on this feature.
