The WorkOS Dashboard has added two new user roles that can be assigned to team members. These read-only roles accompany the existing Admin, Developer, and Support roles.
- Sandbox Developers inherit Developer capabilities, but have read-only access in production environments.
- Support Viewers inherit Support capabilities, but have read-only access in all environments.
All team member roles can be mapped to user groups from your IdP with Directory Sync.
