Directory Sync users can have multiple states including inactive or suspended. As of December 11, 2023 WorkOS consolidated suspended and inactive Directory Sync Users into to a single inactive state. suspended users have been deprecated historically throughout webhooks, events on the dashboard, and through the API for easier integration and readability.
