You can now edit user and organization metadata, including external IDs, from the dashboard. Also, you can provide external IDs when manually creating users or organizations. To avoid misconfigurations, the metadata editor will encourage using keys already present in your JWT templates and discourage deleting keys in use. You can learn more about metadata in the docs.
