Passkeys

AuthKit now allows developers to enable Passkeys as an authentication method for their users. Passkeys offer a streamlined and secure sign-in experience for users, with all of the complexity of implementing Passkeys handled by WorkOS. For existing password only users, progressive enrollment can be enabled to prompt them to enable passkeys on login for increased security.

Enabling passkeys in Authkit is as simple as enabling a checkbox. Read more about Passkeys in the launch blog or check out the docs.
