We've enhanced the OIDC setup experience in Admin Portal, providing verification for discovery endpoints and validation while testing SSO.
It can be difficult for IT admins to understand and resolve issues during SSO configuration. This is why we added validation to our SSO configuration wizard for SAML connections in Admin Portal last month. Similar challenges arise for OIDC connections, so we’ve made similar improvements to our SSO configuration wizard for OIDC connections.
Before the OIDC connection is deemed ready for use, we ensure that it is fully tested. If issues arise when verifying the Identity Provider discovery endpoint or validating connection success, we guide IT admins through fixing the errors, ensuring a successful configuration of SSO.
