When the waitlist is enabled, the signup form is replaced with a waitlist form so you can gate a launch or run a closed beta while still capturing demand. Each waitlist request can be approved or denied. Approved users will receive an invitation email to complete their signup.
The new Waitlist API lets you manage entries programmatically: list them, add users, and approve or deny them. AI agents can also manage the waitlist through the WorkOS MCP server. Learn more in the Waitlist docs.
